What is Adobe Acrobat

How to Access the Software?

Adobe Acrobat is a pay as you go cloud licensed product and as such you require the software installed then to log in using a license linked to your Viridor email account to utilise standard or Pro features.


While the software is will normally remember your log in details and automatically log you in each time it is possible for it to forget or force you for security reasons to log in again to reactivate your software. 


This can be achieved by opening the adobe product (Such as Adobe DC) and selecting sign in from the top right. 

 

 


Enter your Viridor email in the dialogue box as shown below the select Continue 

 

 


If you do not know your password, please select Reset your password from the link in the dialogue box and follow the email instructions from Adobe to reset your account password. 

 

If you receive the following message, then you may not have a current subscription license or something has gone wrong in the licence portal.
